GO DEAL VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Validity Period:
GO Deal Voucher is valid for bookings and travel until 31st March 2026.

Booking Subject to Availability:
All bookings are subject to availability, allotment, and exclusion periods. Block-out dates and surcharges may apply.

Deposit and Balance Payment:

• A $99 deposit is required to secure your GO Deal Voucher, which will be deducted from the total package price.
• The balance of the selected package option must be paid at the time of booking.

Booking Procedure:

• Bookings should be made online at https://www.affordableholidays.com.au.
• Bookings made via the call centre will incur an additional $25 fee.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• All bookings are final and non-refundable.
• Amendments are not accepted within 30 days of travel. Any amendments will incur a $25 amendment fee.

Weekend Surcharge:

• $60 for One and Two-Bedroom Apartments.
• $90 for Three-Bedroom Apartments.

• October Long Weekend (QLD)
• 21st Dec 2025 – 20th Jan 2026
• 18th April – 21st April 2025

Extended Availability and Holiday Surcharges:
QLD/NSW school holiday dates will incur the following surcharges:

• $80 per night for One and Two-Bedroom Apartments.
• $120 per night for Three-Bedroom Apartments.

Applies during:

• 4th April – 27th April (Easter Long Weekend is blocked out)
• 27th June – 20th July (Winter Holidays)
• 19th September – 2nd October (Spring Holidays)
• 12th December – 20th December (Summer School Holidays)

30-Day Booking Availability Guarantee:
If you are unable to find available dates for your desired travel within 30 days of your initial voucher purchase, you are eligible to receive a full refund of the voucher deposit paid. This guarantee is subject to availability within the voucher's valid travel dates.
One-Bedroom Apartments are not included in the 30 day guarantee, If you wish to book a One-Bedroom Apartment, please note these are limited and must be booked online at www.affordableholidays.com.au or by calling 1800 773 656.

Additional Guests and Fees:
One additional guest can stay at a rate of $50 extra per night.

Non-Refundable Voucher:
The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
