STEP 3 - BOOK, PAY & STAY

Booking & travel valid until:01 June 2026
Booking Conditions
All bookings are subject to availability, allotment, and exclusion periods.
Block-out dates and surcharges apply (see below).
Bookings made via the call centre will incur a $25 booking fee.
Payments
A $99 deposit secures your voucher and is deducted from the total package price.
Final balance is payable at the time of booking.
A 2.5% non-refundable booking fee applies at time of payment.
Once booked and paid, your voucher and booking are non-refundable.

Travel is not permitted on the following dates:
4 – 5 July 2025
20 September – 11 October 2025
17 – 18 October 2025
24 – 25 October 2025
20 December 2025 – 25 January 2026
3 – 6 April 2026
Surcharge Dates
A $50 per night surcharge applies to stays on:
6 – 19 July 2025
15 – 16 August 2025
13 – 20 December 2025
6 – 19 April 2026

Amendments & Cancellations
Changes to booking dates can be requested up to 35 days prior to arrival for a $50 amendment fee (subject to availability).
Bookings are non-refundable after payment is made.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable, except under the 30-day availability guarantee below.
30-Day Booking Availability Guarantee
If you cannot secure available travel dates within 30 days of voucher purchase, you may request a full refund of the $99 deposit.
Does not apply to blackout dates or if promotional availability is exhausted.

Additional guests or bedding requests may incur extra fees, payable directly to the resort or third-party providers.
Travel Insurance
