Deposit and Balance Payment
A $99 deposit is required to secure your GO Deal Voucher. This amount is deducted from your total package price. The balance is payable at the time of booking once you choose your travel dates.

30-Day Booking Availability Guarantee
If you are unable to secure any available travel dates within 30 days of purchasing your GO Deal Voucher, you may request a full refund of the $99 deposit.
This guarantee applies only to dates within the valid travel window and does not include blackout dates or excluded periods.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include your preferred dates.

Additional Guests and Fees
Extra guests, rollaway beds, bedding configurations, or add-on services may incur additional fees determined by the resort or third-party providers.

Non-Refundable Voucher
The voucher is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash once redeemed/booked.

Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea will be required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arrival. This new system will streamline immigration, making the process faster, easier and more secure, eliminating the need for paper forms.
