SEA WORLD RESORT – GO DEAL VOUCHER

Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher Validity
The Sea World Resort GO Deal Voucher is valid for bookings until 11 November 2026.
Valid for travel from 22 November 2025 to 11 December 2026.
All travel must be completed by 11 December 2026.

Package validity periods:
12 February – 19 February
1 May – 16 September
11 October – 11 December

Peak and high season dates may incur a nightly surcharge. Please contact us on 1800 773 656 for applicable pricing.

2. Booking Conditions
All bookings are subject to availability, allotment, and exclusion periods.
Blackout dates and surcharges may apply (refer to the Booking Calendar at time of booking).
Full payment of the remaining balance is required at the time of booking.

3. Deposit & Payments
A $99 deposit is required to secure your GO Deal Voucher.
The deposit is deducted from the total package price.
The remaining balance is payable at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 35 days prior to check-in may be cancelled for credit.
Cancellations made within 35 days of check-in are non-refundable.

6. Blackout Dates & Surcharges
A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply and is payable at the time of booking.
Applicable dates and surcharge amounts are displayed in the Booking Calendar.
Blackout dates may apply.

7. Inclusions & Discounts

Dining & Food Discounts
10% off selected food and drinks at Sea World, Warner Bros. Movie World, Wet’n’Wild and Paradise Country.
Discounts are not valid at mobile food and drink carts.
Present your Family Holiday Pass to redeem.
One child (13 years and under) eats free buffet breakfast with each full-paying adult (Shoreline Restaurant only).
Dining inclusions do not include drinks unless otherwise stated.
Menus are subject to change without notice.

Drinks Package
Two drinks per day per package, redeemable at any resort outlet during operating hours.

Animal Adventure Credit
A$50 Animal Adventure credit per package, valid during the stay period.
Credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Unused credit is non-refundable.
Excludes Customised Programs, Animal Photo Opportunities and Glass Bottom Boat Tours.
Participation is subject to eligibility requirements and final approval by Marine Sciences staff.
Not valid during blackout periods.

Massage & Beauty Credits
Redeemable at Sea World Resort Relaxation Corporation.
Advance bookings are required and must be prepaid.
A minimum one-hour treatment is required for appointments between 11am and 3pm.
No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment.

Theme Park & Experience Discounts
20% off Australian Outback Spectacular – Heartland tickets. Advance booking required.
Call 133 386 and quote your resort reservation number.
15% off Sea World Cruises products, including Whale Watching, Lunch & Dinner Cruises, ArroJet and HOPO services.

Topgolf Gold Coast
One A$20 Topgolf gameplay voucher per package.
Lifetime Membership per person included.
Must be redeemed during the stay period.
Not valid with any other promotions.
Present your Holiday Pass on arrival.

Retail Voucher
A$20 retail voucher redeemable at the Sea World Resort Gift Shop and gift shops at Sea World, Warner Bros. Movie World, Wet’n’Wild and Paradise Country (non-consignment items only).
Redeemable within the stay period and must be used in a single transaction.
Not valid at mobile carts and cannot be combined with other discounted offers.

Wi-Fi
Unlimited Wi-Fi with unlimited data and devices included.

8. General Conditions
All discounts and inclusions are per package unless otherwise stated.
Offers are redeemable only during the resort stay period and are subject to availability.
Offers are not valid during blackout dates.

Unused credits are not redeemable for cash.

A Family Holiday Pass will be provided at check-in and must be presented to redeem inclusions and discounts.

The person making the reservation accepts these terms on behalf of all guests.
