Validity Period
The Turtle Beach Resort GO Deal Voucher is valid for bookings and travel from 26 January 2026 until 24 March 2027.
Booking Subject to Availability
All bookings are strictly subject to availability, property allotment, and exclusion periods. Blackout dates and high-season surcharges may apply (see below).
Deposit and Balance Payment
A $99 deposit is required to secure your GO Deal Voucher. This amount is deducted from your total package price. The balance is payable at the time of booking once you choose your travel dates.
Booking Procedure
Bookings should be made online at: www.affordableholidays.com.au
Your eVoucher (sent automatically after purchase—please check your junk folder) includes full instructions on how to complete your booking.
Bookings made via the call centre will incur a $25 booking fee, unless you are a VIP PASS holder.

30-Day Booking Availability Guarantee
If you are unable to secure any available travel dates within 30 days of purchasing your GO Deal Voucher, you may request a full refund of the $99 deposit.
This guarantee applies only to dates within the valid travel window and does not include blackout dates or excluded periods.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include your preferred dates.
Additional Guests and Fees
Extra guests, rollaway beds, bedding configurations, or add-on services may incur additional fees determined by the resort or third-party providers.
Non-Refundable Voucher
The voucher is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash once redeemed/booked.
