How does an Affordable Holidays 'Access Voucher' work?
You can secure an Access Voucher by paying the required deposit. Once you've paid your deposit you will receive your voucher via email which is valid for bookings until the expiry date.
Can I check my dates before I secure my Access Voucher?
We have a 14 day booking guarantee however you must have a voucher to enquire for available dates. If you're dates are unavailable, you may keep your voucher for alternative dates for the duration of the voucher expiration or you may receive a refund of your voucher within 14 days of purchase.
Do I need to choose my room type or number of nights when I buy my voucher?
No. You do not need to select your room type or number of nights until you are ready to book. Your Access Voucher deposit will be deducted from the package price and the balance is payable upon booking.
Can I buy a voucher for someone else or pass a voucher on to someone?
No, vouchers are non-transferable.
Can I change my dates if I have already made a booking?
Yes. You may change your dates with your new dates subject to availability and/or allotment. A small fee of $25 applies for booking date changes.
Is my voucher refundable?
No. Once you've secured your voucher it is non-refundable. However, vouchers may be exchanged for an Access Voucher for an alternative property or for YONDA $GO Dollars.
What happens if I am unable to use my voucher before it expires?
Don't stress! Affordable Holidays is powered by YONDA. You'll receive a GO YONDA subscription when you secure your Access Voucher. Our Voucher Exchange Program allows you to convert into YONDA $GO Dollars, travel credit you can use at 1,000's of hotels, resorts and cruises worldwide.
