Booking Conditions
All bookings are subject to availability, resort allotments, and exclusion periods
Block-out dates and surcharges apply (see below)
A $25 booking fee applies to reservations made via our call centre

Payments
A $99 deposit secures your voucher and is deducted from the total package price
Final balance is payable at the time of booking
A 2.5% non-refundable booking fee applies at the time of final payment
Once booked and paid, vouchers are non-refundable

Surcharge Dates
A $50 per night surcharge applies to stays on Friday and Saturday nights

Amendments & Cancellations
Changes to booking dates can be made up to 35 days prior to arrival, subject to availability and a $50 amendment fee
Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed and paid
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable, except under the 30-Day Booking Availability Guarantee

30-Day Booking Availability Guarantee
If you're unable to secure available travel dates within 30 days of purchasing your voucher, you may request a full refund of your $99 deposit
This guarantee excludes blackout dates
